Mobile App Development

Mobile apps that feel native, not wrapped

People can tell within seconds whether an app belongs on their phone. Gestures that stick, transitions that stutter, a keyboard that covers the field you are typing into — the details are the product. We build apps that behave the way the platform has taught people to expect.

What we build

iOS apps

Native iOS work — our Nexa project is a SwiftUI build with dynamic widgets and gesture-driven task management.

Android apps

Android builds that follow the platform’s own interaction and navigation conventions.

Cross-platform apps

One codebase across platforms where the product genuinely suits it, chosen deliberately rather than by default.

  • iOS Apps
  • Android Apps
  • Cross Platform

Problems this solves

  • An app that technically works but feels a step slower than everything else on the device.
  • A cross-platform build that ends up feeling foreign on both platforms.
  • A mobile product designed as a shrunken website rather than for touch.
  • Releases that slow down because the architecture was never set up for a second or third feature.

How the work runs

  1. Define

What the app does on day one, and what it must not be blocked from doing later.

  2. Design for touch

Flows, gestures and states designed for a device held in one hand.

  3. Build

Native or cross-platform, decided by what the product actually needs.

  4. Ship and iterate

Store release, then changes informed by how the app is really used.

Who this is for

  • A web product whose customers keep asking for a phone app.
  • A founder validating a mobile-first idea properly rather than with a prototype.
  • A team that needs iOS and Android without doubling the work.

What to have ready

None of this is a prerequisite — we can work it out together. It just makes the first conversation shorter.

  • The core thing the app does on day one, separate from the longer wish list.
  • Whether you need iOS, Android or both at launch.
  • Apple Developer and Google Play account details, or a note that they need setting up.
  • Any backend or API the app has to talk to, and who maintains it.

Questions we get asked

Native or cross-platform — how do you decide?

It depends on how much the product leans on platform-specific capability and animation. Heavy device integration or bespoke motion favours native; broad, form-driven products often do fine cross-platform. We make the call per project rather than defaulting.

Do you handle App Store and Play Store submission?

Yes, release is part of the work rather than something handed back at the end.

Can you build the backend too?

Yes. APIs, databases and infrastructure are part of what we do, so the app and the system behind it can be designed together.

Web Development

We build websites, web applications and SaaS platforms that load fast, rank well and convert. Architecture, design and engineering handled end to end by one team.

Automation & API Integrations

Workflow and process automation, AI-assisted automation and API integrations between the tools you already run — so repetitive work stops consuming the team.

Nexa, our native iOS project, is the clearest example of this work. App builds often pair with product design and a backend or integration layer.
